Made from an ultra dense foam, the Boxes are firm enough to stand on without losing stability, however soft enough to provide peace of mind against shin/foot injuries for inaccurate jumps. Use them in combination with each other for high jumps, step-downs and progressive height jumping for a truly explosive workout.
